Yes!! We are having an in-person meeting once again. It is scheduled for Saturday June 4, 2022, at the First Unitarian Church, 536 Linton Street, Cincinnati OH 45219. It’s just off Reading Road, and there is free parking adjacent to the church. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., with a social hour (coffee and donuts available) beginning at 9:00 a.m. There will be volunteers available before and after the meeting to sign up new members or renew memberships for current members. Masks will be optional. We do ask that if you are not feeling well that day, please stay home. For those who are unable to attend, we intend to record the meeting and post a link on our website a few days afterwards, so everyone has an opportunity to see it.
Although CMERA has not had an in-person meeting in person for the past two years, we have continued to pursue our mission to assist all retirees. The Executive Committee has met by Zoom each month, and the Governing Board continued its semi-annual meetings to approve and/or undertake several important initiatives. These initiatives will be presented in more detail at the general meeting.
CMERA welcomes all CRS Retirees to its General meetings. If you know of someone who recently retired, invite them along! It’s a great way for all of us to meet other retirees and learn more about our organization.
