CMERA is managed by a group of active members collectively known as the Governing Board. This Board has three entities (listed below) working together to fulfil CMERA’s mission.
The Executive Committee provides leadership and direction for the organization. Members include:

Except for the Past President (who is a member by of his/her previous position, members of the Executive Committee are voted into office by active members for a two-year term. (See tab on elections for more information.) Members may be appointed to an office if a vacancy exists.
Directors and Associate Directors serve as advisors to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee appoints members.
