Each year, the Executive Committee approves an operating budget for CMERA. The budget reflects the amount of operating income and expenses over the past several years and the anticipated for the new year. Each month, the actual income and expenses are reported to the Governing Board. This provides insights into the fiscal efficiency of the organization.
Our operating income usually consists of dues, donations, and other sources such as interest and Kroger Rewards.
